After just 3–5 structured sessions, I could lift my arm above my shoulder for the first time in ages—and barely needed medication. The recommended home‑exercise routines reinforced what we practiced in the clinic, and I saw measurable improvement week after week. “Exercises suggested post the session were quite helpful” and significantly accelerated my recovery.

Active Physiotherapy is one of the best physiotherapy clinic in East Delhi. It's based in Shakarpur. Here I've got a recovery from my Neck pain & frozen shoulder problem after 6 to 7 session. Sir & Ma'am both are very friendly. They have the actual knowledge about the problems. I'm satisfied. :)
